OddsFoundry Sports Market Intelligence

About · Editorial standards

The process is the product.

OddsFoundry is an independent sports analytics publication. We turn model output into probability estimates, fair prices, release thresholds and a permanent public record—without selling certainty or hiding losses.

Our standard

A selection is not an official release until its model, price and context gates clear. Every release is timestamped before the event and remains in the public ledger after settlement, including every loss.

What OddsFoundry publishes

OddsFoundry publishes sports-market analysis, not wagers. The public board can show an official release, a price watch, a lineup watch or a rejection. A model projection alone is never presented as a bet. The market price matters because the same opinion can be valuable at one number and unplayable at another.

How the research is reviewed

OddsFoundry Research checks each candidate against the active model specification, price limits and the material information required for that market. Depending on the sport, those checks can include confirmed starters or lineups, injuries, depth charts, venue conditions and data freshness. Missing information creates a hold; it does not create permission to guess.

Before release

Probability, price, context

The projection must show enough edge after market margin and stress testing, the available price must remain inside the play-through limit, and all required context gates must pass.

After release

Immutable public record

The published price, stake, model version and result stay visible. Reconstructed historical rows are labelled so readers can distinguish them from positions captured live before the game.

Performance

ROI over decoration

Net units and return on investment are the primary score. Win rate can mislead when prices differ, so it is shown as context rather than proof of an edge.

Corrections

Fix the explanation, preserve the record

If page copy or display logic is wrong, it is corrected and the updated date changes. A settled release is not removed to improve the record; material data limitations are disclosed beside it.

What OddsFoundry does not do

OddsFoundry is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not promise outcomes. Educational lessons explain betting mathematics and risk; they are not individualized financial advice. Past model performance does not predict future results.

How to verify the work

Start with the model methodology, then compare the timestamps and prices on today’s board with the settled rows in the permanent ledger. The free Learn library explains the probability, pricing and risk concepts used across the site.
