Responsible use

A model is information—not permission to ignore your limits.

OddsFoundry estimates probabilities and records evidence. It cannot remove uncertainty, prevent losses, or decide whether wagering is right for you.

Before using any board or analysis

Decide your time and money limits before an event begins. Use only money you can afford to lose. Never borrow to wager, never chase a loss, and never increase risk because a model grade looks strong. A grade describes the model's evidence under its stated rules; it is not a promise.

OddsFoundry does not accept wagers, hold funds, place bets, or guarantee outcomes. Watchlists and shadow validation are research evidence, not recommendations. Past performance—including a profitable record—does not predict future results.

Warning signs worth acting on

  • Wagering is no longer entertainment or feels difficult to stop.
  • You are hiding activity, borrowing money, or trying to win back losses.
  • Sleep, work, relationships, finances, or mental health are being affected.
  • You keep moving limits after setting them.

If any of these sound familiar, step away from wagering and use the account limits, cooling-off tools, or self-exclusion options offered in your jurisdiction. A confidential support service can help you choose a next step.

How OddsFoundry supports informed use

Official releases, zero-unit watchlists, shadow tests, and reconstructed history are labeled separately. The results ledger retains losses and shows units and ROI beside win rate. The recording standards explain settlement, corrections, evidence classes, and why missing closing prices stay missing.

For practical risk education, read bankroll management and bet sizing, variance and short samples, betting responsibly, and setting limits before you need them.

Age and location matter

Do not wager if you are under the legal age where you live or if sports wagering is not lawful in your location. Rules and available support tools vary by jurisdiction. This page is general information, not legal, medical, or financial advice.
