Information you choose to provide

The contact form can collect your name, email address and message. The board-notification form collects your email address. That information is used to send the update you requested, read and respond to your request, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of the conversation when reasonably necessary.

Technical information

The hosting and security providers used to deliver the site may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and diagnostic logs. OddsFoundry also uses search-performance tools that report aggregated search queries, impressions, clicks and indexing status. The public betting calculators run in your browser and do not send their inputs to OddsFoundry.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers that host the site, deliver form submissions or protect it from abuse. It is not sold. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information was provided through the site, unsubscribe from board notifications, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to legal and security requirements. Use the contact page or email support@theoddsfoundry.com and include enough detail to identify your request.

Children and gambling content

OddsFoundry is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. The site is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek personal information from them.

Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. This policy describes the site as currently operated and is not a promise that every service will remain unchanged.
